The prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail is commendable. The hotel is located on the main square with all other hotels inside the city center, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and feature twin beds for added comfort. The breakfast is served on a round table, and the delicious spread is a perfect way to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Efficient, inexpensive (relatively), extremely well located on the main market place of Durbuy.
Service was a little brusque. Hotel staff has a lot to do trying to run the hotel and restaurant during the busy Christmas market.

The hotel was very nice situated in the hart of Durbuy. If you walk outside the hotel, your right on the walking boulevard filled with bars and restaurants. Very quiet area with a very cosy atmosphere. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.
Hotel was a bit outdated. They have tried to revive it with some refurbishment, but it is still a bit worn of hotel here and there. Rooms are also a bit noisy. In our opinion the hotel was slightly overpriced, still a good option to choose from.

Small, family run hotel, clean . Superb breakfast included in the price. Excellent location in the middle of the town.
Looks better in the website, quite disappointing decoration of the rooms.

It was clean and warm in the room. Breakfast was average.
The room (number 3) had very little amount of light, luckily we did not have to spend the daytime inside it. Breakfast had no choice in vegetables and the room where they served it was pretty cold even at 10 am. After one week I received an email informing me that the hotel reported "no show" for me, and that I will be charged 80 Euros for that. Really disappointed by this incident.

I stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city center which made it super convenient to explore this bustling town. The charming restaurant had been nicely decorated and the staff was super friendly. They served a delicious breakfast which was good enough for me. The hotel facilities were clean and the location was great as all other hotels were also in this city center.
Nothing all excellent.

Thew location is the only good thing about the hotel. But saying that there are many other hotels in the vicinity which were much better.
The whole hotel was substandard considering the tariff. The room was not a superior room!!!

location
There was a big smell in the superior room, so I had complaints. After a while they suggest to take the standard room for the same price? What i have done.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the main square and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops in the area. The room size was excellent and was able to comfortably accommodate four people. We appreciated the small kitchenette and the free Wi-Fi access.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The carpets were quite dirty, and the furniture was outdated.

This hotel in the heart of a charming village offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious, with attention to detail like wooden floors and comfortable beds. The bathroom is spotless, with a powerful shower and hot water. The breakfast is served in a charming restaurant, where you can enjoy a typical Belgian spread with cold cuts and boiled eggs. The location is perfect, right in the city center, surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, and shops.
Everything was satisfactory, no improvement needed.

The room was spacious and warm. the breakfast offered rolls with ham or cheese and croissants with some preserves. the location was central and close to amenities.
The towels and bedlinen were very worn and the parking situation was challenging and expensive.
